RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PRIDANÉ, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and aim to deliver a seamless, premium shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. NO RETURNS ON OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of perfume and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.
This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all our customers.
2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS (DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS)
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

You received an incorrect item (different from what was ordered)
To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Clear photos and/or an unboxing video must be provided as proof
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
To initiate a return or replacement request:

Attach clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. REPLACEMENTS
If your return request is approved:

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability

If the product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead
Replacement timelines may vary depending on your location and logistics partner.
5. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Change of mind or personal preference

Dissatisfaction with fragrance notes, strength, or longevity

Minor packaging variations or box damage during transit that does not affect the product

Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

Failed delivery due to unavailability or refusal to accept the order
7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian e-commerce laws.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.
